Pre-Assembly Tips:
-
Prepare Your Workspace: Choose a clean, clear area for assembly. To protect the surface of your tabletop during assembly, we recommend placing a cloth or protective film on your workspace before laying the tabletop face-down.
-
Assemble Your Tools: The only tool you'll need for assembly is the Bolt Base M6 Hexagon Key, which is included with your order.
Assembly Instructions:
For Standard Legs:
Step 1: With your tabletop lying face-down, place the corresponding legs according to the numbered markings on the underside of the table (1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3, etc.).
Step 2: Position the legs so that the bolt holes are visible.
Step 3: Insert the bolts into each hole, lightly screwing them in. Avoid fully tightening the bolts at this stage.
Step 4: Once all legs are attached, use the Bolt Base M6 Hexagon Key to secure the bolts fully but avoid over-tightening.
Step 5: After securing the bolts, carefully flip the table to its upright position.
If you notice any instability after a few days, use the Bolt Base M6 Hexagon Key to tighten the bolts slightly.
For Complex Legs:
Step 1: Assemble the leg parts together by matching the corresponding numbers (1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc.).
Step 2: With your tabletop lying face-down, place the assembled legs onto the underside of the tabletop according to the numbered markings.
Step 3: Follow Steps 2 to 5 from the standard leg assembly instructions.
Troubleshooting:
If you encounter any issues during the assembly process, here are some potential solutions:
- Misalignment: If the table is unstable or the legs seem misaligned, you may have attached the legs incorrectly. In this case, you should disassemble the table and repeat the assembly process, ensuring that you match the numbers correctly.
